I. About the site and acceptance of the terms

The site, including any of its sub-pages, is hereinafter referred to as "the site". The site is owned by IT YCM, a Romanian legal entity, authorised to operate under fiscal code RO43417835, with its registered office at Strada Mihail Strajan, nr. 3, Craiova, Dolj, hereinafter referred to as "YCM Team".

By accessing or using the site in any way, including by merely browsing it, you accept these terms and conditions of use, without limitation or restriction. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the site.

These Terms & Conditions must be read together with the Privacy Policy (GDPR & Cookies), available on the site.

II. Intellectual property rights

YCM Team holds the intellectual property rights over the site's content (texts, images, graphics, trademarks, logos, source code), except for third-party materials used with their consent.

The content may not be reproduced, distributed, published or modified, in whole or in part, without the prior written consent of YCM Team, obtainable at ycmteam@yahoo.ro. You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable and limited right to access and use the site for lawful, personal purposes.

VII. Applicable law and dispute resolution

These terms are governed by Romanian law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably or, failing that, by the competent courts in Romania. For the alternative resolution of disputes, consumers may use the ANPC (SAL) platform and the ODR platform.
